By downloading, installing, or using Re-Q ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not download, install, or use the Software.
Upon purchase and activation with a valid product key, Keegan Wilgermein grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Re-Q on Apple Silicon Macs that you own or control, for as long as you comply with these Terms. You may not resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer your product key or the Software to any third party.
Re-Q requires macOS 26.0 or newer running on Apple Silicon (M1 or newer). Installation requires administrator permissions to install a virtual audio driver, which is necessary for real-time audio routing and processing. You are responsible for ensuring your system meets these requirements before purchase.
Re-Q is offered as a paid product. Purchases are processed by a third-party payment provider and are subject to that provider's terms. Refund requests made within 7 days of purchase, where the product key has not been activated, will be honored at Keegan Wilgermein's discretion. Contact support@req-audio.com to request a refund.
Re-Q, including its code, design, and branding, is the property of Keegan Wilgermein and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. This license does not grant you any ownership rights in the Software.
The Software is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Keegan Wilgermein does not guarantee that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every audio device or configuration.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keegan Wilgermein shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Software, including damage to audio hardware, data loss, or lost profits.
Re-Q's license validation process transmits your product key to our servers to confirm its validity. We do not collect or store any additional personal information beyond what is required to process your purchase, validate your license, and notify you of any changes.
Keegan Wilgermein may revoke your license if you violate these Terms, including through unauthorized resale or distribution of your product key. Upon termination, you must stop using the Software and uninstall it from all devices.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Software after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. You will be notified of these changes via email at least a week before the change occurs.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
